    Our 2 hour journey meanders through 5 squares of Spanish moss covered live oak trees, past beautifully restored architecture, and almost 300 years of history.  We offer semi-private and private walking tours, perfect for bachelor and bachelorette parties, corporate events, and family reunions.  Come experience Savannah through the local lens!

    Our guides have two passions: history and people.  We purposely keep our history and architecture tours to a maximum of 10 guests, to ensure an enjoyable and engaging experience for everyone.  The comfort and safety of our guests is our primary concern.  While a bit of rain will not spoil our fun, a more severe weather scenario may impact our tour.  If your tour is impacted, we will happily reschedule.

    Savannah Vibes-- unique clothing and gifts.  Do not sleep on this store!


    Capital Bee Company-- gorgeous boutique gift shop and local honey producer.  You can seriously lose yourself in this shop...I know I have!


    Adam Turoni-- the most beautiful and delectable truffles you will ever find!  Truly it is edible art.


    Savannah Tea Room-- high quality bulk loose leaf tea served with a side of sass.  Seriously we love the two women that run this shop almost as much as we love their tea.


    E. Shaver, Bookseller-- local independent bookstore run by TS Elliott, Bartleby, Skimbleshanks and Morticia (yes, they are cats, who else would be in charge?). Wide selection (great section on local history and architecture) and knowledgeable staff.


    Shop SCAD-- shop featuring artistic works of current and past students.  Definitely check this place out!

    Museums! Museums! Museums!

    Massie Heritage Center-- first public school in Georgia, today it is a museum dedicated to architecture and history of the city, including an entire wing on indigenous history of the area.  Upstairs see what school was like for children in the 19th century.


    Ralph Mark Gilbert Civil Rights Museum-- Step into 3 floors of history. Dedicated to the history of Savannah's Civil Rights Movement and the story of the "freedom fighters" of the local chapter of the NAACP.


    The Beach Institute-- Built in 1865 as the first school built specifically for the education of emancipated African-Americans in Savannah, GA, today it is Savannah's flagship museum for African-American arts, history, and cultural preservation.


    Davenport House-- the house museum that started it all.  The Seven women who saved the Davenport House from the wrecking ball started the Historical Foundation and opened the Davenport House as Savannah's first house museum.  


    Sorrel Weed House-- is it a beautiful Charles Cluskey mansion full of history or the most haunted home in Georgia?  Find out for yourself!  History tours during the day, ghost tours at night.


    Green-Meldrim House-- General Sherman's Savannah headquarters during his occupation.  Unique layout, beautiful architectural details, lots of history.


    Juliette Gordon Low House-- birthplace of the founder of the girl scouts!  This recently restored house museum is not just for Girl Scouts . Do not sleep on this one!

    Congregation Mickve Israel Synagogue Tour-- this is one of our personal favorites!  The Jewish community has been essential to Savannah since the beginning and their story is not one to be missed.


    First African Baptist Church-- registered as a National Landmark, this sanctuary was completed in 1859 and features original light fixtures, baptismal pool, stained glass windows and an incredible history.  Definitely a tour to take while here in Savannah!


    The Cathedral Basilica of Saint John the Baptist-- one of the most beautiful churches in the United States.  Hours are subject to availability.  


    Underground Tours of Savannah--  Led by Master Gullah-Geechee truth-tellers, this is more than just a walking history tour.  This is an experience not to be overlooked.


    Oliver Bentley Dog Walking Tours-- If your family vacation includes your four legged fur baby check out Oliver Bentley's dog friendly walking history tours.  Tour guides are knowledgeable and love puppers!

    The Theatre! The Theatre!

    Historic Savannah Theatre-- The oldest continuously running theater, opening its doors in 1818 and still offering live entertainment, reflecting our city's artistic soul!  Looking for a fun evening out?  Come see a show!


    Lucas Theatre for the Arts-- A beautifully restored movie palace from the Golden Age of cinema.  Be on the lookout for one of their many offerings throughout the year,  Come experience a demonstration of their original Weurlitzer organ, used in its heyday to accompany silent films, such as Buster Keaton's "Hard Luck" or Rudolph Valentino's "Camille", both shown opening night, December 26, 1921.
